The thought of seeing the company never occur to Cousin Eddie, but they were sure that he would sue them. So, the nuclear company offered Cousin Eddie and his family a free trip to an island in the south pacific.

This the company did as a preemptive countermeasure. Cousin Eddie and his family accepted the offer and went on the trip. While they were on holiday, Cousin Eddie and his family went on a boat ride. It was on that vacation that Edie tried to catch a shark.

It went sideways, and they shipwrecked on an isolated island. On the island, Cousin Eddie got the opportunity to show his family that he is capable of taking care of things. He proved himself a man and provided for his family by taking the lead and doing things for them.
