Emily Jean Stone “Emma Stone” was born on 6th November 1988 in Scottsdale, Arizona, to Jeffrey Charles Stone and Krista Jean Stone (née Yeager). Her father, Jeffrey, is the founder and CEO of a contracting company, while her mother is a homemaker. Emma Stone has a younger brother, Spencer and a paternal grandfather, Conrad Ostberg Sten, of the Swedish family. She is of English, Swedish, German, Irish and Scottish descent.
When she was a child, she developed nodules and calluses on her vocal cords. Emma Stone has described herself as having been “loud” and “bossy” while growing up. She is known for her husky voice.
