Teri Polo is an American actress. She is best known for her role as Pam Byrnes-Focker in the Meet the Parents trilogy, nurse Sarah Jane in Chicago Hope, and Stephanie Briggs in Monk. She also played the role of Stef Adams Foster, a lesbian police officer in the Freeform series titled The Fosters between 2013 and 2018, as well as its spin-off Good Trouble in 2019.
